Our LA Voices at Grand Park

Commissioned by Playwrights' Arena

With two weeks to conceptualize and a total of 6 hours to devise and rehearse, VALOR was created as to highlight the origin of Historic Filipinotown. During the early stages, Fran came upon the memorial for the Filipino-American Veterans of World War II, inspiring an epic interpretation of an untold historical travesty.
